To apply, you need a copy of your organization's T4 Summary

A T4 Summary shows a summary of the information from T4 slips you submitted to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). It does not have any personal employee information. An example can be found on the CRA website.

Do not attach documents that include personal employee information – this is a privacy breach.

Because Graduate to Opportunity agreements run for two years:

We require a separate application for each position you hope to fill with GTO funding.

The graduate you hire cannot start work until your application is approved. You may not apply for GTO if the graduate you want to hire is already a full-time employee.
